I'm Natasha Bakhshov, a contemporary figurative painter based in Marbella, originally from London. In a space of imagination, emotion and memory, my paintings are created from a place of intuition.

It is very important for me to work intuitively, and so I try and create space for stillness on a daily basis — to meditate, to watch the clouds. In a world of constant motion, I make time to do nothing and avoid the constant connectivity. Somewhere in this quiet, unstructured space is where my ideas emerge.

My silhouettes, soft contours, and unfinished faces invite viewers to look beyond surface appearances and connect with something deeper, something that lingers, like a scent on a summer breeze.
