Payment

Payment in full is required before any original painting or print is shipped, and funds must be fully cleared before dispatch. Payments can be made via Revolut, Wise, PayPal, bank transfers, or custom secure payment links upon request.

*Please note: Listed prices do not include potential import taxes, customs duties, or local tariff fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging & Shipping

Original paintings are securely packaged and shipped globally using trusted premium carriers. Depending on the size of the artwork and the destination, paintings will be shipped in either customized wooden crates, reinforced cardboard boxes, or secure tubes. Tracking numbers will be provided immediately upon dispatch. Insurance for parcels is added only upon request.

Delivery Timelines

Please allow 7–10 days for paintings to be packed and shipped from dispatch time. Once handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are dependent on the carrier's schedule and local customs processing in the destination country.

Returns & Refunds

All sales of original artworks and print editions are final. Returns or refunds are only applicable in the rare event of damage occurring during transit, provided the package was insured. In case of damage, please contact Natasha within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and artwork.
